Maineville OH sunroom addition – Open, light & enjoyable
This project was for a client in Maineville who wanted a sunroom addition that could be used all year long as a family room and play room for their child. This was a really fun project as it provided the family a large space and beautiful views.

Their main goals beyond having more space was to have a room with lots of light and create an additional space that looked like it was original to the house.
One of the interesting things we did for this project was to use a pier foundation instead of a crawlspace. This helped save on cost associated with the project, as well as gave us more control over how the final look would be.
When the project was complete, the clients were thrilled! It exceeded all of their expectations. Per the client, “All of the windows turned out amazing! When it snows outside, you feel like you are in a snow globe.”
