Deck & screen porch Cincinnati – Project details
This project was for a client in the Cincinnati area who was wanting an outdoor space that they could enjoy, as well as use for entertaining family and friends. Their secondary goal was to create a space that would compliment their pool and surrounding area.
A little background
The house was a bit older and had a lot of little details on it that they wanted to match.
Due to how close the houses are in the neighborhood, and having a pool already installed, it added some complexity to getting the new footing dug and installed without damaging the existing property.
One thing to note is that we chose to utilize the Screeneze no-spline screen porch system due to their durability, ease of care and great look.
The results
The DeVol team designed and built a highly-crafted deck and screen porch addition that matches the existing house.
The workmanship was meticulously finished and each little nuance was planned to create the exact look the homeowners were looking expecting. From the lattice on the exterior to the stair steps and risers to the custom ceiling, everything was crafted to near perfection.
