This is a kitchen & bath remodel testimonial from our clients Laura and Kevin West in Loveland, OH. Our renovation was substantial…complete kitchen and master bath replacement, guest bath remodel and wood flooring replacement throughout our main level. We had ceiling beams, walls and a fireplace removed. New lighting, tile, cabinets, paint…nearly everything! Jeff partners with the fabulous designer, Annie Miller, who developed plans and walked us through the entire material selection process.
Photos will be provided to display this stunning renovation…the quality is superior, but there are aspects of this process that can’t be seen in pictures that I want to emphasize.
Honesty and Communication – We always knew the schedule. When Jeff and his team indicated something would be done, it was…no exception. If there was a glitch, we knew why. We were always contacted before we had a question. Their time frame was accurate.
Trust – We have children, grandchildren and a resident dog. We NEVER once felt any notion of concern entrusting our home with key to the DeVol team. All employees and subcontractors were courteous, friendly and professional at all times…never a worry at any time.
BEYOND clean and tidy – We cannot overstate how organized and clean this work site was every single day. We stayed in our home throughout the entire renovation were amazed at how orderly and clean the entire job was.
