Monroe kitchen remodel & deck

This recent kitchen remodeling project turned out to be a spectacular success and exceeded the client’s expectations! The primary objective of this project was to modernize and expand the kitchen space into what was previously the breakfast room.

This project was made possible in conjunction with our industry partners at Annie Miller Designs & ESM Architects.

This significant transformation involved the installation of brand-new, custom-designed cabinetry, sleek countertops, state-of-the-art appliances, and a stylish backsplash that adds a modern flair to the kitchen. Additionally, the project featured the addition of a magnificent 10-foot sliding door that leads out onto a newly constructed deck addition, seamlessly integrating indoor and outdoor living spaces.

In regards to the deck, significant enhancements were made. We expanded the existing structure to increase its size, creating a more spacious and inviting outdoor area adjacent to the new sliding door, which has been specially designed for grilling and entertaining guests. Furthermore, we installed a new cable railing system to ensure an unobstructed view of the property’s stunning yard, enhancing the overall aesthetic and enjoyment of the outdoor space.

One of the most substantial challenges we faced during the renovation process involved the removal of load-bearing walls. These were successfully replaced with robust steel support beams, a technical feat that was executed flawlessly, ensuring structural integrity and seamlessly blending with the new design.

Upon completion of the remodeling project, the client expressed immense satisfaction with the transformation. They affirmed that everything was nothing they would wish to alter.
