This Glendale, Ohio home remodeling project is beautifully designed and built. Our client has a large family and wanted more entertaining space to spend more time with their adult children and grandchildren.
With unique indoor and outdoor elements, as well as a modern color scheme, this remodeling project included a kitchen, laundry room, butler’s pantry, large morning room (dining area) which leads out to a large, covered dining space. (The goal for the butler’s pantry was for the client to have a place to keep all the dishes and pans, so the kitchen can stay a clean area they can socialize in.)
This project incorporated commercial and residential building methods, to ensure that it would last for years to come. It is a perfect addition to this beautiful area of Glendale.
Along with the DeVol Design.Build.Remodel team, the project included an Architect and a Kitchen Designer.
