This project was for a Madeira home remodel (Madeira, OH). It entailed renovating an existing first floor and creating a master suite where the second bedroom was. As well as, renovating an existing sunroom, a staircase, flooring, trim and add a new front door.
The homeowners wanted master bedroom on the first floor, instead of on the second floor. (Which, is a great choice when you’re thinking about aging in place.) Their goal was a more modern and updated feel to their home.
It is a classic and updated look, as a result of their remodel, with the features that they wanted to make their home fit their lifestyle.
