ALL IN WRITING: DeVol puts everything on paper – detailed estimates, drawings and plans; even work schedules. You know what’s happening, you are kept informed and updated personally by phone and E-mail.

YOUR BUDGET is set by you. From there DeVol will transform your ideas into sketches and drawings which become the road-map to your dream remodel. Our architect and Project Director work directly with you to explore all possibilities.

COST EFFECTIVE OPTIONS FOR QUALITY RESULTS are all explored to create the design concept you envisioned.

CAREFUL PLANNING minimizes the dust, disorder, and disruption associated with every remodeling job. DeVol uses dust-catching barriers, continuous communication to keep you informed as change occurs in your home, and even temporary kitchen and bathrooms can be set up for your convenience.

COMPLETED IN STAGES: Demolition, framing (including plumbing, electrical and mechanical work), drywall installation, and finish work is a typical progression of stages during a home remodeling project. DeVol completes each stage before beginning the next to help minimize any disruption of your home routine.

COMMITTED TO YOUR SATISFACTION: DeVol provides a six-month follow-up to ensure your complete satisfaction with the work completed. After all the work is done, DeVol is there for you; ready to make any adjustments necessary for your satisfaction.
